Return & Refund Policy

At Ka'an Style, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags when applicable. Please keep your proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@kaanstyle.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send an item back before receiving written return authorization and instructions from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us at returns@kaanstyle.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and any issue. After review, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred size, color, or style.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at support@kaanstyle.com if you need help with an order.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you after the item has been received and inspected, or after the issue has been reviewed when a return is not required.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
