Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags when applicable.

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please do not send an item back before receiving written return authorization and instructions from our team.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
